I was very skeptical about selecting this property after reading the reviews; however, I am very glad I did. The view of the harbor was like "heaven right here on earth.". The condo was clean, comfortable, equipped with all the comforts of home, and nice neighbors. However, we did like the 10 am check-out. Yes, we highly recommend this vacation rental.

We saw some of the reviews about the property being outdated or unkempt, I totally disagree!! It was perfect!! Very comfortable, clean, beautiful view, located very close to the strip, great great great!!! Management was awesome as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Me and my friends had a wonderful weekend. The place was clean and in great shape. But by far the best part about it was the view of the ocean. We sat out there on the balcony, barbecued some food. as I said we had a great weekend .

We stayed at 211 Whittley and loved it. We were attending the Catalina Film Festival and the central location, close to the heart of Avalon and the Casino was ideal. The condo was clean and well stocked. Cute little balcony big enough for the four of us to sit outside with a cocktail and enjoy the ocean breezes and view. Nothing fancy but very comfortable and the price was right. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little patio with bay view. View from downstairs bedroom as well. Great location for walking to town, although coming back uphill may be too strenuous for some. Better suited for 2 adults and 2-4 kids versus 6 adults or older kids. Overall good accommodations for our trip and I would recommend!

This property totally suited our needs. I appreciated the central location and that we had quiet neighbors. I felt the interior of the home was a little bit older than the pictures represented but it was clean and that is the most important thing!

We were very comfortable 2 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful view, very clean, had beach toys and inflatables for kids. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Walk up hill is a great workout and located close to town. We will be back again. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Had a terrific stay. House was nice a kitchen was well equipped to cook. Great BBQ and balcony. House is up a bit of a hill, not good for elderly people. Closet doors need some work. I would stay again! **VRBO GUEST**

Talk about location!! This vacation home features a lovely living room with new Queen sized sleeper sofa, loveseat and refrigerator, 1014 sq. ft. and a great mountain view, only a short two-block walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

The two bedrooms are on the lower level (Master bedroom has a King size bed and the guest bedroom has a Queen and a Twin), with a full bath located between them (Jack and Jill style). Walk upstairs to the sunny open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen areas, you will find a queen sofa sleeper and sliding glass doors to the balcony, where you can dine al fresco while enjoying the ocean and hillside views. You'll find a large flat panel TV in the living room, as well as a TV in each of the bedrooms. A 3/4 bath are also on the upper level. 211W

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
