The place is clean and outfitted with fully stocked kitchen for cooking, coffee machine, clean linens and toilet paper. The TVs worked and had channels mainly for sports fans. The ceiling fan in the bedroom worked and with the windows and screen door open, we kept the place cool at night. The area feels very very safe -- you are definitely get the feel of a local neighborhood. You are just a few blocks from the big Vons.

317 Clemente is a great location— walkable to everything but quiet street off of the main drag. Slept all of us comfortably (queen and bunk beds in one room). No wi-fi but we made do with a hotspot. Would gladly stay again.

Cute island cottage is in a great location close to action but not on nosiest street, has a lot of amenities which make it much nicer than booking hotel rooms and having to eat out 3 meals a day with kids.
